Through Connectivity, over TCP/IP as server or client and serially over RS232. Incoming messages are decoded with REGEX commands, outgoing ones bound to events. The internal process values are continuously accessible over the network.
No, it is an optional module. The controller already regulates pressure and position without Flow&Go®.
Program Link chains programs sequentially, branches into target programs and selects the outputs to switch based on program stops. Watchdog Control adds events as triggers: a sudden pressure drop or a digital input can trigger a program jump.
The module measures volume in the running process. The range reaches from under 1 µl to over 1 litre and covers low to high viscosity media. It detects gas bubbles and links that information logically with control variables. The amount dispensed becomes a measured value instead of an assumption.
