Payment options

For orders in our online shop, the payment options displayed during the order process are available to you. The available payment methods may vary depending on the country of delivery and the customer group.

Shipping

Shipping is carried out by our selected transport service providers to the delivery address you specify.

The applicable shipping costs are shown transparently in the shopping basket or during the order process. Their amount depends, among other things, on the country of delivery, the weight and the size of the order.

Packaging and shipping flat rate

So that your goods reach you complete and undamaged, we prepare every consignment accordingly: suitable packaging material, transport-proof padding, labelling, the necessary accompanying documents and securing the transport. This work relates to the consignment, not to the individual article. We therefore charge it as a flat rate that depends on the net value of the goods:

• Value of goods up to CHF 500
• Value of goods from CHF 500

The flat rate is a fixed amount per consignment and is not charged on a pro rata basis. The net value of the order is decisive. In the case of partial deliveries, it applies per consignment, because each consignment is prepared and packed separately. It also applies if you collect the goods or arrange the transport yourself, because the goods are prepared, packed and documented in every case. It is charged with the invoice; you can see the current rates via the links above.

Please report transport damage to the carrier immediately, have it recorded in writing and notify us so that we can take the necessary steps.

Delivery times

The delivery times stated in the shop are customary guide values. The definitive delivery time is confirmed before the order confirmation, based on the quantity ordered and current availability.

Should delays occur, we will inform you accordingly.

Collection

Collection of the goods at our premises is possible by prior arrangement. The packaging and shipping flat rate is also charged in that case.
