The 1K dispensers of the eco-PEN family dose single component media volumetrically: a rotor displaces a defined volume, independent of pressure and viscosity. The family runs from the eco-PEN XS for smallest amounts to the eco-PEN700 3D, plus VA versions for abrasive and chemically demanding media.

When the tolerance is tight, the medium expensive or the amount very small. Time pressure dispensing varies with viscosity, which shifts with temperature and pot life. The eco-PEN displaces its volume mechanically and delivers the same amount even when the medium has thickened.
What counts is the amount per dispense and the medium. The sizes cover a wide span, from smallest amounts in the XS to larger deposits in the eco-PEN700 3D. For abrasive or chemically aggressive media there are the VA versions with a wear resistant rotor and VisChem stator. Tell us the medium and the shot size and we will narrow the choice.
