Benchtop robots
XYZ benchtop robots move the dispensing head over the workpiece and repeat the programmed path at constant speed and constant standoff. Work areas run from 200 x 200 mm to 500 x 500 mm with 50 or 100 mm of stroke. Programming is done on the supplied teachbox, connection through RS232 and Ethernet.
Frequently Asked Questions
On the teachbox: points and paths are approached and stored, no programming language involved. Programs can be saved and transferred by USB. For connection to a line, RS232 and Ethernet are available.
A dispensing unit with a valve or dispenser, the mount for the dispensing head and the signal connection between robot and unit. The robots come ready to use with a teachbox, without a dispensing unit. Which combination fits medium and part is something we settle from the application.
As soon as the same path is run many times a day. By hand, speed and standoff vary, and with them the amount placed. The robot runs the path the same way every time, and setting up means teaching once instead of practising.
