Version 1: Internally sealed
The internally sealed version is particularly suitable for free-flowing media and applications requiring low delivery pressure. A key advantage of this version is that, when the Euro cartridge is used without a piston, the medium can be refilled without replacing the cartridge. This version is therefore particularly suitable for processes where simple handling and flexible media supply are required.

Version 2: Cylinder-driven extrusion
The cylinder-driven extrusion version has been specially developed for highly viscous or thixotropic media. The piston is pushed forward in a controlled manner, enabling air-free and reproducible material delivery. Compressed air cannot bypass the piston. This version is therefore particularly suitable for applications where consistent and controlled dispensing is essential.

The cylinder-driven extrusion version is intended exclusively for Euro cartridges fitted with a piston.
Two versions – matched to your dispensing process
Depending on the medium and process requirements, you can choose between the internally sealed version and the cylinder-driven extrusion version. While the internally sealed version offers particular advantages for free-flowing media and lower delivery pressures, the cylinder-driven extrusion version provides ideal conditions for highly viscous media and particularly controlled dispensing processes.
