Showroom, loan systems and personal consultation
Our showroom features our most important systems as well as a wide selection of materials for technical consultations and practical testing under realistic conditions. In the field of application tools alone, we offer several hundred different dispensing needles with various diameters, coatings and lengths, allowing the ideal needle to be configured for virtually every task. Loan equipment is also available to evaluate systems directly in the production environment. Test series can therefore be documented during ongoing operation and verified using real-world results. The same team of experts that later designs the production system supports the customer throughout this process and answers all technical questions. This continuity helps ensure that the optimum production process is selected.
Development, service and support on site
All systems are designed, tested and commissioned at our headquarters in Matzingen. With engineering, software development, assembly and spare-parts storage all located under one roof, repairs and service work can be carried out quickly. Training and maintenance services can also be provided directly at the customer's site, helping to minimise downtime.

Modularity that secures the future
All systems are based on a modular design principle. Standardised mounting patterns, identical flange interfaces and standardised media connections ensure that every component fits from the outset. Customers starting with a compact benchtop unit can later integrate the same dispensing unit into a semi-automatic station or robotic cell. Thanks to the combination of intelligent mechanics, control technology and forward-looking system design, even changes to the dispensing method can be accommodated with ease, helping to ensure that equipment does not become obsolete or remain unused in storage.
Swiss made in Matzingen
With the C100-4.0® process controller and the EDG50® dispensing controller, two of our key control units are developed and manufactured entirely in-house in Matzingen. Both systems are engineered, built and tested internally according to industrial standards and under real operating conditions – providing maximum control over quality, functionality and durability. The C100-4.0® combines precise control and regulation in a powerful system for demanding processes. The EDG50® provides a compact, easy-to-use solution for reliable dispensing across a wide range of applications.
Induction heating – precise, contactless and efficient
Induction heating complements our joining technologies as a fast and highly targeted method of applying heat to electrically conductive or ferromagnetic components. Electromagnetic fields generate heat directly within the workpiece, providing rapid and energy-efficient heating. The technology is ideally suited for joining, hardening and activating adhesives and can, among other applications, be seamlessly integrated into our modular dispensing solutions. The contactless process protects sensitive components, saves energy and reduces cycle times. This allows us to support our customers even in thermally demanding applications with maximum efficiency and repeatability.
