To strengthen our production team, we are looking for a

Technical Employee (m/f) 100 %

Your tasks:

Project-specific processing of orders, both in day-to-day business and in internal projects
Communication and coordination with the Technical Manager and Production Manager
Classical engineering tasks combined with hands-on support in production, especially during peak times
Developing concepts for production equipment using modern methods such as 3D printing (mechanical understanding required)
Supervising production systems throughout their entire lifecycle and optimizing existing processes
Working with the production team on continuous process improvement
Managing production orders and scheduling production deadlines
Performing quality checks according to work instructions
Using measuring tools (e.g. calipers) and machines (e.g. drill press, lathe)
Recording and reporting defective products, processes, and machines
Packaging and shipping goods in cartons and on Euro pallets
Soldering tasks (soldering skills are an advantage)
Assembly of components according to work instructions
Preparing documents such as work instructions, documentation, and reports

Your profile:

Completed technical education with practical experience
Driving license (category B)
Experience in mechanical engineering or a related field
Languages: German very good (spoken/written), English very good (written), French and Italian welcome
Independent working style, good organizational skills, and strong process understanding
Team player
Computer skills: Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, CAD knowledge is an advantage

Start date: Flexible, preferably within one month.
