We are looking to strengthen our production team with a

Junior Technician / Technical Employee (m/f) 100%

Your tasks:
The aim of this junior position is project-specific processing of orders, both in day-to-day business and for internal projects. Communication and coordination take place with the technical management and production management. In addition to classic engineering tasks, the position also includes manual support in production, especially during peak times.

  • Develop concepts for production equipment using modern methods such as 3D printing (mechanical understanding required)

  • Support production systems throughout their entire lifecycle and optimize existing processes

  • Work with production to continuously improve processes

  • Manage production orders and schedule production dates

  • Carry out quality controls according to work instructions

  • Use measuring tools (e.g. calipers) and machines (e.g. drill press, lathe)

  • Record and report defective products, processes, and machines

  • Package and ship goods in cardboard boxes and on Euro pallets

  • Perform soldering tasks (soldering skills advantageous)

  • Assemble modules according to work instructions

  • Prepare documents such as work instructions, documentation, and reports

Your profile:

  • Completed technical training with practical experience and possibly initial professional experience (graduates welcome)

  • Driving license (car)

  • Experience in mechanical engineering or similar fields

  • Language skills: German very good (spoken/written), English very good (written), French and Italian welcome

  • Independent working style, good organizational skills, and strong process understanding

  • Team player

  • PC skills required: Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook; CAD knowledge advantageous
